Hello everyone,

What words would capture your thoughts?

What message could feed your soul?

What truth should encourage you to walk closer with Christ?

I heard one person in a seemingly impossible situation, when challenged “can you fix it?” Admit “no” he could not, before adding, “but God is with us and He can!” That faith statement led to prayer, several weeks of hard work and then a victorious breakthrough.

“Have I not commanded you?

Be strong and courageous.

Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed,

for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9 ESV

If your state is victorious, come and give thanks,

if victory has been elusive come and pray.

“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”  Joshua 1:8 ESV

Scripture is better than accurate history and scientific clues, it aids our goal of not just success but “good” success, at least it would, could & should.

As we gather and read … may

• His words capture our thoughts.
• His message feed and nourish our souls.
• His divine revelation draw us closer to His love.

O that the world might taste & see,

the riches of His grace!

The arms of love that compass me,

would all mankind embrace.      C. Wesley
